Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council is opening a fellowship program for displaced Arab researchers whose careers have been affected by conflicts in their countries, such as Palestine, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen, to provide opportunities for researchers to continue their research, and maintain their expertise and skills during periods of crisis, while preparing them to return to their homelands to rebuild.
